Yes and No, Short films shouldn't be hard to be done, however, you cannot shoot a film using a Mobile (Bio films... maybe). You will loose the "Lights...Camera...Action" s.... > more

Try MS ONE Note, it is good and comes through MS Office. ONE Note 2007 is more friendly than earlier versions.
