i just saw this on Al-ghad: http://www.alghad.jo/?news=370031 .. the government started a campaign against gay people, just as i was in the kitchen cooking and thinking "how bad could it be if i consider moving back to Jordan"...WHAT THE FUCKKKK??? is this country challenging the world on how low it can stoop?

i just read about the closure of Books@Cafe and other institutions because Islam says they're evil (please guys, spare me the "it's not islam it's the people who interpret it... it is SOÖO Islam). what's going on in Jordan and why is the official institution plumetting deeper into conservatism, despite the "liberal" Facade that the regime is trying to portray to the world??
