I agree Somewhat Ghassan, and I have a theory about it :) but only just a theory...
"Time" is NOT ONLY an introduction of our perception that creates our sense of time flow as we process information IT IS a dimension. So If you think of time as a sphere, and technically, mathematically, we're supposed to, then all time is one, there's no beginning and no end. So you're here and there and now and then and tomorrow, all at once. This is also supported by the theory of relativity which states that events are dependent on the acceleration of the observer. So, where you are “in time” depends what you are and how and what you are perceiving. I am willing to bet that there are other spacial dimensions that we have not discovered yet and that is why it is hard for us to see the full picture, or travel up and down this particular dimension "time".
Here's an interesting thought, though. Whose to say that it's not actually happening (we are time traveling), but we are not conscious of it. Who's to say that the world we wake up to tomorrow is not the one we were intended to wake up to 10 seconds ago. The way I see it, the butterfly effect is an elementary form of time travel, since we knowingly or unknowingly are influencing and affecting future events.
