Thanks for the well said (written) contribution Leerna, I agree. Saying thigs out loud to someone else helps us process the matter better much much better.

I totally agree...because I beleive, with a good listener, we cease talking to the person and rather just start thinking outloud with easiness.

Somehow, when we're not directly approaching or talking to ourselves and just talking with someone else, our inner self tends to listen more attentively to what we're explaining or sharing.

Sometimes we are our most difficult audience :-)
