In amman I am not sure... usually these places are for kids though... I would recommend you ask the kid places if they have such things...

Well I would highly recommend the markets Downtown before iftar... the hustle and bustle is fun to watch and be part of... try getting some attayef and some veggies and other groceries together to get part of that atmosphere.

 

I would also recommend a couple of family iftars those are always more fun than going out for iftar...

 

I dont really know about after iftar culture but a Ramadan tent with TV shows is an imporant part of the culture with shadeh and balela :)
