What is your perception of a "healthier" life? What about your life do you want to become healthier?

Never say tomorrow, start now, how ever messy it might seem in your mind, always start now,   Dont say I start from tomorrow thinking that it sort of glorifies what ever you are trying to achieve,,   Dont think its easier to calculate full days, rather than full days and some change (hrs)!   Dont think I cant do it now because I have some previous engagements today, or its too late today or I dont have what I need to make this change today.  Because once you put what you are trying to achieve on hold for even an hr, you will then put it off for a couple more then a day, two days, a week, till you forget about it!

So start now, pace yourself dont confine yourself to steps, just pace yourself!

I made that decision twice in my life and succeed both times. The first time I was a workaholic, smoker, junkfood eater and a heavy coffee drinker.

What I did was I went to dietician to eat healthy, the gym to exersice, and I quit smoking and coffee (down to one cup a day)

the second time was after a medical check up I found out a couple of problems. SO back to working with a dietician to fix them and start to eat healthier. I still donty smoke, eat junk food  or induge in so much coffee. In fac tthis second time round I switched to decaf.

Its a lot of hard work, commitment and dedication. There is no quick fix . You need to think you are making a life style change. Once your mind is on board your body will follow.

Also make sure you have a good support system around you.
