Go to the www.thefunded.com and look for VCs in the Middle East region (it includes Israeli ones and there's quite few of them).

I saw some VCs from Dubai. You can't get the contact information unless you subscribe to the website. The easiest way to do that is through invitation (VCs are not allowed to subscribe so it takes the admin some time to verify that you're actually not a VC in disguise). I have few invitations left, if you want I can send you one.

Once you find the VCs, go to their website and check their portfolio (not sure if VCs in the Middle East disclose their investments).
