fish is good for the good fat and the iodine... but i still dont like it. My dietician is trying to get me to eat fish (even canned tuna) twice a week to help correct issues with my thyroid.
So I agree fish is good but I still am not a fan :D Any tips on making good yummy dishes?
Darn, I was invited to dinner last night and there was fish, and i choose to eat the other stuff except fish. Good tip for next time!
