tip Writing a Why-to manual helps a company spread its vision across many performers much better than the common how-to manuals. It does seem to empower people to understand the vision and choose the best how-tos to implement it.

I hate technical writing too Mamod... wrote enough manuals to last me a life time.

 

I like the idea Razano. Why vs. how are two very different concepts. Buy in is important for the success of any undertaking as much as know how.

Very impressive, you just gave me a reason to stop writing how-to manuals, thanks, I really hate manuals they need a lot of square brackets :P
