Floppy drives are useful, especially when using windows & IBM compatible, the guy who made my PC installed one as a backup measur to insure that he can start and fix my pc should it ever truly and brilliantly crash, as pc's are famed for doing.

O and a little aside to the MAC lovers (I used to be one)... Sorry to tell you that hackers and such are now accessing MAC and are able to hack them, put viruses out there. Thanks to them installing windows compatible software. Ouch!

I still have a bunch of them but they are all full of viruses and with bad sectors, I even have an old 8 inch floppy disk, LOL it's up on the roof now, I'm using it as a cap for our water tank :)
