tip Robert Young said: "You can't compete with a monopoly by playing the game by the monopolist's rules. The monopoly has the resources, the distribution channels, the R&D resources; in short, they just have too many strengths. You compete with a monopoly by changing the rules of the game into a set that favors your strengths... ". ummm I think I have an idea to change the rules of online advertising :)

Guys are you trying to steal my idea :) No way :P

The quote was so beautiful I wanted to post it and strangely I found it right after a new idea about online advertising crossed my mind, some how my idea fits with the qoute so I attached them, sorry Ghassan I already know you love google but my idea is to fight Google's monopoly on web advertising :P don't worry though I'm not going to crush them ;) and else I always get ideas but they never came to life, I'm just too lazy :)) LOL

You guys are right, we can apply this quote on every aspect of life, even in politics, instead of being just players we need to start changing the rules and only then we will raise.

I like the quote but what is it about online advertising you want to change?

it's strange to know that this came from robert young (the ceo of red hat linux).. as he actually played with microsoft rules!.. I believe the one who should've said that is eric schmidt (ceo of google) who really was the 1st technology company who could've beating microsoft for the 1st time..

and yeah, alma is right.. that goes for politics, media, and economics as well..

p.s. do you wanna share your idea with the rest of us :)
