I have many imaginary friends, most of them get squished by a speeding truck. And if I ever become a god, I too would keep the company of idiots, that way I would feel that I am the smartest of all.

too many absurd things about the mythology of God(s).. the most absurd, is people still believing in this “imaginary friend” till now!

I enjoy this perspective.  Suggests that any god has a very restrictive relationship style (would probably be pathologized under DSM-IV criteria) and has a leadership style of surrounding himself with cronies and yes-men.
