Maybe its similar to meditation, its the time you spend alone in your bed right before you sleep. Better spent relaxing and thinking good positive thoughts i guess!

No way :) my day is determined by whether i showered or did not in the morning, and at night, it is also determined by whether there will be another shower or not :)
