tip is it true that the ministers of information/ media in the arab world have agreed to penalize Satellite and terrestrial stations that critic and touch on religious topics as well as heads of state? If so then the impact on freedom of speech is greatly impacted and the move backwards is huge and drastic to say the least!

These people are so not in touch with the dynamics of today's world, its pathetic rather than alarming. With the rise of new media that is reaching millions in the Arab world, they still think they have control.
