they have around this number each year. they usually start from the inside and then spread out. they fix anything needs fixing in kuwait and they build new projects and all that. then they give away some of the money to guld countries to help them grow. and some goes to uncle sam. and they have this bank account called future support something they keep growing the money there. kuwait is know for good investments and good bzns.
probably not but with that much surplus what will it do with all that money? have seen any plans kimo?
