tip Research says that coffee is good for you! Of course, too much of it is bad. However, there is no conclusion on how much is too much... they say drink until your body starts telling you its too much! :) This is true btw!

I think this is the recommended max "average" for most body types, that's what I can help you for, other then that you might want to consult your doctor!

just saw a recommendation by a nutritionist (on tv) which reminded me of this thread.. she recommended 3 cups of coffee max daily.. so I guess that answers the question of how much is too much..

Signs i think are increasing pulse and too much hyperactivity. So once you get there count how much coffee have you drank that day. Next day, decrease by one and see. and so on. No I am not a doctor. but a lover of trial and error (actually, that's what doctors do 75% of the time) Kids don't try this at home PERIOD!

How can I know if I had enough or not?? With alcohol, I know when I start getting a really heavy tounge, but too much coffee I get so hyper that I want to walk for KMs, but I never do that, cuz I'm not a fan of walking! :P

beer or coffee in moderation is good...

But I disagree on the wait till your body says enough. By the time my body says enough I am shaking, and jittery and too hyper. Nothing but waiting till the coffee is out of my system will help.

I think beer in moderation is good too (no really, I'm serious).. when my old man got the kidney stone, the doctor actually recommended drinking one can of beer (without alcohol I guess).. it's true


Besides; the 5 something percent alcohol in the beer helps you relax.. which is better for your nerve system and your heart, etc. So.. DRINK MORE BEER..
