Storm season is back in some parts of the US. With news that hurricane Gustav is about to storm New Orleans; I really wonder why would some people still live in storm centric parts of the world. Thinking real estate prices their must be cheaper and maybe the majority are poor people who can't afford to live elsewhere, what's your view?
