tip You should always have the end in mind. I am feeling defeated by the blame game everyone seems to focus on instead of the end game. If everyone has the end in mind in whatever they do, they will always get there and not get trapped in whatever they feel or see at the moment for the other person.

Agree, strongly.  Getting to the finish line is very important.  Of course the how of the journey is fundamental to what state you arrive in to that end game, but you got to get there.

Also, keeping the end game in mind allows you to constantly imagine the possibilities - imagination is a huge motivator and great fuel for continuity.

The blame game is counter-productive whether its in an emotional or proffessional context.

What I mean is this in PR/Spin doctoring we learnt a major lesson which was: "See the problem, acknowledge the problem, deal with it or solve it and move on!" Do not attempt to justify but solve in any which way you can. And never try to blame anyone else unless you have 100% solid proof of their screw-up.

Remember every situation is a result of a 50%-50% series of events that lead up to said problem.

Hmmm having goals and objectives is good but I disagree. I think the journey is just as important as the result if not more.

As for the blame game on that I agree with you. It is pointless and a waste of time. When ever a blame game starts my question is always I dont care who but I do care about how to fix it. Its a great way to get employees to focus on solutinos and not get caught up in the negativity of the problem.

I think it was bill gates I could be wrong that refused to fire someone one who lost him millions wiht a bad decision. When asked why he said something along the lines of: He just learned a lesson that cost me millions why should I loose that?
